Modern injection moulding machines from the manufacturers Arburg and Engel, with shot weights of up to 67 grams and clamping forces of up to 50 tons.
In-house toolmaking for tools with an expected low total shot count, hot-melt tools or test tools made of steel and aluminum.

Melt casting technology
Melt casting technology or hot-melt molding offers unimagined possibilities in the cable sector. Where previously a housing, seal and strain relief were required for one or more outgoing cables or wires, a single low-pressure casting is now sufficient.
The low-pressure process guarantees protection ratings of up to IP67 and minimal stress on the material.

Potting technology
We encapsulate cable assemblies, connectors and electronic assemblies with two components, e.g. polyurethane. This potting offers the following advantages:

  • Protection against moisture
  • Protection against unauthorized access
  • Sealing of connectors
  • Integration of cables and electronics
  • Fixing of parts and components
Melt casting technology
