Plastic processing is an exciting field of manufacturing where we produce impressive products and components from simple plastic raw materials.
It's about transforming plastic so that it becomes exactly what you need - be it an everyday object or a special component.
Prototypes and series parts.
Modern injection moulding machines from the manufacturers Arburg and Engel, with shot weights of up to 67 grams and clamping forces of up to 50 tons.
In-house toolmaking for tools with an expected low total shot count, hot-melt tools or test tools made of steel and aluminum.
Reliable partners for mold construction with a high total shot count.
We can use the following thermoplastic materials, among others:

We use the following thermoplastic materials, among others:
Polyamide (PA), polycarbonate (PC), polyoxymethylene (POM), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) as filled and unfilled material.
Melt casting technology
Melt casting technology or hot-melt molding offers unimagined possibilities in the cable sector. Where previously a housing, seal and strain relief were required for one or more outgoing cables or wires, a single low-pressure casting is now sufficient.
The low-pressure process guarantees protection ratings of up to IP67 and minimal stress on the material.
Potting technology
We encapsulate cable assemblies, connectors and electronic assemblies with two components, e.g. polyurethane. This potting offers the following advantages:
